About Me

I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology and my Master's degree in Creative Arts Therapy with a concentration in Phototherapy. I have been a NYS Licensed mental health practitioner for over 20 years and have experience with clients of all ages.  My areas of expertise include children, teens, college students, families, and individuals with disabilities.

I am down to earth and understand that the creative process may not come naturally to all, so I meet clients where they are and work together to find ways to support them.  I believe in the importance of therapeutic lifestyle choices and the impact of behavior on our well-being.

With an emphasis on the power of a trusting relationship, I strive to provide empathy while bringing a sense of calm and positivity to even the most difficult situations.
