Art Therapy
The American Art Therapy Association defines Art Therapy as a tool used to improve cognitive and sensory-motor functions, foster self-esteem and self-awareness, cultivate emotional resilience, promote insight, enhance social skills, reduce and resolve conflicts and distress, and advance societal and ecological change through the creative process.
Facilitating self-expression through the creative process- whether verbal counseling, visual art, and/or play, I provide a wide range of psychological and counseling services. Whether you’re an individual, a couple or a family looking for help - therapy sessions are designed to strengthen your ability to express yourself and assist you in the healing process.
